Special Event / Wedding / Holiday / Corporate Event Reservations

Sedans or SUVs: Cancellations must be received within 14 days of the pick-up date. After that window, the reservation cannot be altered or refunded. There is a 20% cancellation fee applied if the reservation is canceled less than 30 days before the event. Covid Cancellation Policy: If a public event is canceled by the event host or producer due to Covid-19 and we are notified at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time, there will be no penalty and the reservation is
fully refundable.

Sprinter, Transit, Limo, Minibus or Coaches

Through the implementation of exclusive policies and procedures, we strive to ensure that every individual within our company, particularly our motorcoach operators, fully comprehends the significance of safety. Our comprehensive safety program encompasses not only strict enforcement rules but also regular retraining sessions to keep drivers updated and ensure compliance with our rigorous standards. Additionally, our drivers receive training on the proper use and maintenance of ADA vehicles. The in-house Safety Department at TMI Transportation diligently oversees all aspects of the program and employs scheduled road observations and ride checks to monitor and enforce operator safety performance.
